Berik Tolumbayev is appointed to the position of the oil and gas vice-minister of Kazakhstan, the prime minister of the country Karim Masimov stated, Trend reports.
Tolumbayev was born in Burnoe village in the Dzhambylsk region. Since 1999 he has been working in the oil and gas sphere.
In January 2010 he was appointed to the position of the deputy head of the West-Kazakhstan region and dealt with industry, foreign economy links, taxes and customs policy.
