A young family from Proletarsky village of Kizlyar region was granted by the 100 000 maternal certificate in Dagestan, RIA Dagestan reported.
In Russia including Dagestan families with two and more children born after 2007 get maternal capital certificate. In Kizlyar region 2 811 mothers have already gotten such certificates. Irina and Nikolai Isaiko are happy possessors of the 100 000 maternal certificate.
