The head of Kabardino-Balkaria Arsen Konokov addressed through his video-blog to participants of terrorist groups and urged them to surrender and give up themselves to the police. He guaranteed them fair investigation and trial, RIA Novovsti reports.
In recent times the special services conducted a set of successful operations and destroyed several leaders of terrorist groups acting in the republic. Among them are Asker Dzappuyev, Kazbek Tashuyev, Ratmir Shameyev, Aslanbek Khamurzov and Astemir Mamishiyev.
