In the Georgian capital Tbilisi individuals are now free from paying land tax, Business Georgia reports.
Today the City Council adopted amendments to the relevant law. Up until now the residents of Tbilisi have been paying land tax for any land facility of 600 square meters and 18 square meters of garage.
As for agricultural land, land with poor and good soil is now equal in price.
