The position of Iran on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict has not changed, spokesman of the Iranian Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ramin Mehmanparast said, Trend reports.
The Iranian embassy in Armenia stated on Saturday that the conflict must be settled through a dialogue, without use of force. Armenian media say that the statement lacked the principle of respect for sovereignty and territorial unity.
Mehmanparast said that Iran may assist in the settlement of the conflict.
