The Eastern Partnership Program offers wide political abilities for Azerbaijan, the head of the EU delegation in Baku Rolan Kobia stated, Trend reports.
Azerbaijan and the EU have been cooperating for 15 years, Kobia said, and the Eastern Partnership Program will contribute to improvement in integration between the six members of the project.
Listing the problems to be solved within the project, Kobia stressed that discussion of free economic zones with Azerbaijan still hasn’t been started.
Next year the sum given by the EU to Azerbaijan will be increased by 75% to 100 million euros.
