The fifth round of talks between Georgia and the European Union on association was positive, according to Gunar Vigand, the EU responsible person for the EU for the agreement on association between Georgia and the EU, Trend reports.
The negotiations will be continued, as it is a serious agreement with strict conditions. Vigand stated there was no breakthrough in this direction, but the talks were rather positive.
On May 25 Tbilisi will host a session of the sub-committee, after which it will be understand whether Georgia is ready for the next round of talks.
