Official of President’s administration arrested in Iran

In Iran,  a senior member of the presidential administration Kazem Kiapashi was arrested, reports Interfax citing local media.

According to the website of Iranian conservatives Kiapasha  is associated with the head of the administration of President Esfandiar Rahim Mashai.

According to the Iranian website Alef, Mashai Kiapashu appointed to one of the key positions in the administration of President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. Kiapasha was engaged in personnel work, and checked in hiring all aides of the president.

At the present time in Iran a fierce power struggle is taking place between the President Ahmadinejad and Ayatollah Ali Khamenei.
