Head of the Russian Investigation Committee Alexander Bastrykin will introduce a new investigation chief of North Ossetia, Vitaly Volkov, in Vladikavkaz on Tuesday. Volkov was the first deputy head of the Directorate of the Russian Investigation Committee of Kabardino-Balkaria, RIA Novosti reports.
