Retails business turnover in Krasnodar Territory reached 198 billion
rubles in January-April 2011, exceeding the indicator of the same
period in 2010 by 6.6%, Yuga.ru reports.
The largest share in retail business belongs to food products,
including drinks and tobacco products, making 46.5%, non-food products
- 53.5%, compared with 46% and 54% in January-April 2010 relatively.
Most products are purchased by the population at stationary trading
spots (82.5%). 17.5% belongs to markets. Sales by trading
organizations increased by 7.1% and markets - by 4.4%, compared with
January-April 2010.
