Azerbaijan and Iran to establish joint committee

Azerbaijan and Iran are going to establish a joint committee for political issues, Trend cites Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Mohammed Reza Rauf Shaibani as saying.

The committee will be headed by Sheibani and his Azerbaijani counterpart Khalaf Khalafov. The committee will be established in order to enhance political and economic cooperation between the two countries. All issues of bilateral relations will be discussed in the framework of the committee's work.
