A deputy of the Kaspiysk city assembly has been killed in Dagestan, RIA Novosti cites a source in the Investigative Committee.
"Around 5.30 pm in the city of Kaspiysk a deputy of the city assembly was shot. The official died, the criminals escaped," the source said.
