Russian special services know Doku Umarov's whereabouts

Russian special services know Chechen separatist leader Doku Umarov's whereabouts, the Director of the Federal Security Service Alexander Bortnikov told a press conference in Dnepropetrovsk today, radio Echo of Moscow reports.

"We know the exact place of Doku Umarov's location. We are doing our best to organize his arrest," Bortnikov said.
