19 people were killed and 150 injured in an air attack by NATO jets in the capital of Libya and its suburbs, according to Libyan national television, ITAR-TASS reports.
A representative of the country’s authorities said that those killed were local residents.
NATO stated that the Air Force of the Alliance attacked a military base, which was being used to attack residential buildings.
