North Caucasus EMERCOM centre to be built year earlier

The head of the Emergency Ministry of Russia, Sergey Shoigu, has ordered the construction of a new building of the North Caucasus regional EMERCOM centre in Pyatigorsk to be finished a year earlier, not in 2013, but in 2012, RIA Novosti reports.

The new building will have three floors, where more than 130 members of staff will work. The project will cost 273 million rubles.
