Armenian Parliament postpones amnesty discussion

Armenian Justice Minister Grayr Tovmasyan proposed postponing a
discussion of amnesties at the parliament until tomorrow,
PanARMENIAN.Net reports.

Armenian President Serzh Sargsyan requested parliament to start an
amnesty to mark the 20th anniversary of independence, basing on point
1 of article 81 of the Constitution and article 90 of the law on the
National Assembly.
