Azerbaijani-Turkmen talks on the Caspian Sea in Ashkhabad, Trend
reports.
Determination of the international status of the Caspian Sea,
preservation of biological diversity and ecology is realized according
to international norms, principles of mutual respect and respect for
interests. President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and Ilham Aliyev
contributed to the process.
Turkmenistan and Azerbaijan decided to solve all issues via diplomacy
and justice. Development of bilateral cooperation and joint actions
meets long-term interests of the two states in the region.
They also discussed issues political, economic and
cultural-humanitarian spheres. The two states noted the activation of
bilateral cooperation in international organizations, such as the UN.
