Two improvised bombs have been found near the city of Tyrnyauz in
Kabardino-Balkaria's Elbrus District, RIA Novosti reports.
Specialists are defusing the bombs. Preliminary estimations say that
they one of them exceeds 5 kg of TNT, the second exceeds 10 kg.
Interior Minister of Kabardino-Balkaria Sergey Vasilyev reported to
parliament. He added that militants still have plans for
destabilization of the situation in the republic.
A police source told Interfax that the bombs were found at the
Baksan-Azal federal road.
