Russian, Turkish leaders start talks

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev and his Turkish counterpart Abdulla Gul have started talks, reports RIA Novosti. Before the negotiations, Medvedev has flowers at the grave of Ataturk, the first Turkish president. Following this an official ceremony took place in the Turkish presidential residence. The meeting wound up with the national anthems of the two states, and then presidents inspected guards of honor and introduced each other their delegations.
