The Iranian Foreign Minister, Ali Akbar Salehi, has called upon Malaysia to fully utilize its potential to become the “gateway to East Asia” during a meeting with his Malasian counterpart, Anifah Aman, Press TV reports.
Salehi approved the current level of bilateral ties between the two countries, but stressed that “the two sides should increase cooperation potentials through increased efforts.”
The Malaysian foreign minister also hailed relations between the two countries and expressed his country's willingness to enhance ties with the Islamic Republic in all fields.
