The Azerbaijani parliament has passed amendments to the use of the
budget project of 2010 and the law on amendments to the state budget
for 2011, Trend reports.
Income to the state budget is expected to be fulfilled by 99.1% or
11.403 billion manats in 2011, expenses - 96% (11.766 billion manats).
The budget deficit in 2010 was 362.9 million manats, or 0.8% of the
GDP.
The amendments rose income by 3.493 million manats in 2011 or 29%,
compared with the forecasts - to 15.554 billion manats, exceeding the
indicator in 2010 by 36.4% (4.151 billion manats). The ratio of budget
income in the GDP is expected to increase to 34.7%, exceeding the
initial forecasts by 4.7%, the real growth of the indicator in 2010
was 7.3%.
Expenses are expected at 15.941 billion manats, exceeding the initial
forecasts by 25% or 3.193 billion manats, compared with the real
indicator of 2010 by 35.5%.
Budget deficit is expected at 387 million manats or 0.9% of the GDP.
The parliament voted for amendments to the budget of the State Fund
for Social Protection in 2011.
