Azerbaijani FM: Armenia must withdraw its troops from occupied territories

"Armenia must withdraw its troops from occupied Azerbaijani
territories, and this will correspond to the logic of the declaration
of the Presidents of the OSCE Minsk Group published in Deauville" –
the statement of the Foreign Ministry of Azerbaijan reads, 1news.az
reports.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan stressed that the
presidents of the United States, Russia and France issued a statement
in which they described the status quo in the existing situation in
Nagorno-Karabakh conflict as unacceptable. The Azerbaijani side has
repeatedly stated a similar position.

Presidents Medvedev, Obama and Sarkozy called on the leaders of
Armenia and Azerbaijan to demonstrate the political will to finalize
the basic principles for resolving the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict
during the upcoming Armenian –Azerbaijani summit in June.
