Margelov to become mediator in talks on situation in Libya

The Russian special envoy to settle the conflict in Libya, Mikhail
Margelov, will soon meet with representatives of Libyan leader Muammar
Gaddafi, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev told a press conference
following the G8 summit in France, Russia 24 reports.

He stressed that talks will be conducted with both sides of the armed
conflict in Libya.
