The Emergencies Ministry of Krasnodar Territory has warned about
possible flooding on May 30 – June 1, Yuga.ru reports.
Flooding may be caused by water from the Krasnodar reservoir coming to
the mouths of the Rivers Kuban and Protoka. Water is expected to rise.
Emergency situations are expected in the Krasnoarmeysky, Slavyansky,
Kalininsky, Krymsky and Temryuksky districts and the cities of Anapa
and Krasnodar.
River banks, bridges, earth dikes on railways and power lines may be
damaged. Landslides are also expected.
