Russia hopes for Turkish-Armenian rapprochement

The Russian president has expressed hope that Turkey and Armenia will finally reach certain agreements and fully restore bilateral relations. "Naturally, this process is not simple, it encounters different attitudes within both states, as, for obvious reasons this problem has remained unsolved for a long time", said Russian President Dmitri Medvedev, reports RIA Novosti.
He also added that Turkish-Armenian rapprochement would without doubt promote stability in the region.
