Russia believes that the Caspian states are ready to solve regional problems themselves without any other foreign partners, Russian Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Grigory Karasin said after meeting the Russian ambassadors to Azerbaijan, Iran, Kazakhstan and Turkmenistan.
The Russian official believes it's very important to resolve all regional problems without involving any other foreign partners. He thinks that the Caspian states are capable of resolving all existing problems at a regional level.
