Russian Railways Company concludes railway maintenance from Russian border to Sukhumi

The Russian Railways and Abkhaz Railway companies have concluded
maintenance of the railway section from Veseloye to Sukhumi today,
president of the Russian company Vladimir Yakunin said.

The work started in February 2011. Over 130 km of railways were
reconstructed and over 160 sets of points.

600 carriages were used in the restoration process.
