Russian president plans to meet his Iranian counterpart soon

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev intends to hold a meeting soon with
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, Medvedev himself said today at

a meeting with representatives of scientific and educational

communities in the Pushkin Institute for the Russian Language, RIA
Novosti reports.

"With regard to the modernization of Russian-Iranian relations, in the
near future I will have a meeting with Iranian President Ahmadinejad.

I'll tell him about it," Medvedev said.
