Law enforcement agencies on Monday defused an explosive device found on a country road in the Derbent region of Dagestan, told RIA Novosti news in the local FSB.
"Employees of law enforcement agencies while checking a country road in the area Zilia-Kazmalyar found explosive device buried in the soil. It consisted of a 10-liter jerry cans filled with a mixture of ammonium nitrate and aluminum powder with a remote detonator, " a spokesman said.
