Armenia has no economic reason to join the Customs Union, Armenian
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan said, News Armenia reports.
The Customs Union is a trilateral deal between Russia, Belarus and Kazakhstan.
Sargsyan explained that Armenia has no common border with the union.
It can only contact it via third states.
In his speech at the World Economic Forum in Vienna, Sargsyan talked
about pricing policy, innovative centers, investment climate,
institutional reforms and fighting corruption.
The Customs Union provides a common customs territory, lifting duties
and economic limitations, except anti-damping and compensation
measures. The Customs Union has a common customs rate with third
states.
