Russia and the EU will negotiate a gradual switch to a visa-free
regime by late July, Russian President Dmitry Medvedev said at the end
of the Russian-EU summit, RIA Novosti reports.
The long-term goal is a visa-free regime. A plan is currently under
discussion and needs approval. It will allow the goal to be reached
gradually.
