Presidential Envoy to the North Caucasus Federal District Alexander Khloponin met members of the conciliatory commisssion, established in order to elaborate a draft law to change the municipal borders in Kabardino-Balkaria, Yuga.ru reports.
The Presidential Envoy announced that he is not satisfied with the commission's work and that he will pay special attention to the process of formation of a new law.
Khloponin also said that the problem is typical not only for Kabardino-Balkaria, but for the whole North Caucasus.
