Senate elections to the upper chamber of Kazakhstan’s parliament have been set for August 19th. President Nazarbayev signed the corresponding order, News Kazakhstan reports.
The government of the country and the heads of the Astana and Almata municipalities, as well as the heads of the regions, were ordered to prepare the material, technical and financial foundation for the elections.
