Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Grigory Karasin said that Georgian
special services have acting aggressively near the border of Abkhazia
and South Ossetia, Yuga.ru reports.
Georgia is trying to blame Russia for its own internal problems.
Tbilisi makes public accusations and threats against Russia. It
accused Russia of organizing terrorist attacks.
Karasin says that the goal of Georgia is obvious: to draw attention
from its major socio-economic and internal problems to Russia.
The deputy minister said that saboteurs in the Galsky district of
Abkhazia are attacking Russian border guards.
