Armenia is important strategic US partner - Tina Kaidenau

The issues of bilateral US-Armenian relations, regional problems, the
economic situation, democratization and human rights in Armenia were
discussed on Friday at a meeting between the deputy aide to the US
State Secretary on European and Eurasian issues, Tina Kaidenau, and
Armenian authorities, reports the press-service of the Armenian
embassy. The meeting took place in Yerevan.
"Armenia is an important strategic partner for the USA in such spheres
as nuclear safety and peacekeeping missions in Kosovo, Afghanistan and
Iraq," - said Kaidenau.
She has also expressed hope for further cooperation with Armenia in
establishing stability, intensifying economic development, carrying
out reforms and strengthening democracy in the region.
