Iranian Majlis for developing friendly ties with Azerbaijan

Iranian Majlis Speaker Ali Larijani said on Saturday that Majlis has a positive attitude towards developing brotherly ties with Azerbaijan Republic in all fields, Trend cites IRNA. 

He made the remarks in a meeting with the Azerbaijani ambassador to Iran Javanshir Akhundov.

Larijani referred to the longstanding ties between the two nations and said that diplomatic shuttle and regular consultations between the two countries’ officials indicated deep-rooted friendship between the two nations.

Larijani also underlined the significance of developing economic ties with Azerbaijan.
