The federal purpose program South Russia for 2008-2013 provides over
13.468 billion rubles. 3.228 billion rubles have been spent so far,
Yuga.ru reports.
The program involves reconstruction of water treatment facilities in
Adygeysk, reconstruction of roads at the Dakhovskaya Cossack village
leading to Lako-Nali, construction of a bridge, construction of a
physical fitness and health-improvement complex with a swimming pool
and construction of a 110 KW power line from Guzeripl to Lago-Naki,
Khamyshki to Gornaya Derevnya and Khamyshki to Kavkazski Aul.
There have been instances of exaggerated expenses for materials and
work, launchings of fake facilities and budget-wasting.
