No need to introduce an antiterrorist regime in the NCFD - Khloponin

There is no need to introduce an antiterrorist regime in the majority
of regions of the North Caucasus Federal District, said presidential
envoy Alexander Khloponin, reports RIA Novosti.
At the same time he warned against creating an image of a region under
permanent threat. He said that the militants are interested in such
negative image of the NCFD. But that most of their plans are being
uncovered and prevented.
The envoy pointed out that investigations into crimes committed should
be intensified. "This is the main priority of the law-enforcement
services. I'm pretty sure most of the cases will be solved soon", said
Khloponin.
