South Ossetian President Eduard Kokoity said that the republic will
issue passports only on its own territory and they will only be issued
to citizens of South Ossetia, Osinform reports.
Eduard Kokoity said that the Interior Ministry ordered care to be
exercised in the issuing of passports. The ministry was ordered to
prepare rooms for issuing passports. The state control and economic
security committee, the Prosecutor General’s Office and state security
each need to propose a representative for the process.
