Within the program for 2011-2015 adopted by the president of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev on implementation of the National Program for poverty reduction and stable development for 2008-2015, five directions are considered. They are spheres of macroeconomic stability and economy growth, employment and social security of population, development of human resources and social progress, institutional policy and establishment of the effective administration system, and holding monitoring, Trend reports.
The program was published in official sources on Wednesday.
In 2011-2015, it is planned to carry out a recovery of budget spending, improvement of effective state purchases, improvement of monitoring system, promotion of electronic purchases. By 2016, it is planned to finish the transition process in ventures and organizations in the sphere of shifting to the international accounting standards.
In the sphere of insurance in 2011-2013 it is planned to develop suggestions for improving legislation.
In 2011-2013 the set of suggestions for attracting foreign investment to the oil sector will be developed. By 2016 measures for development of the agricultural sector are presupposed.
