Iran denies rumours about possible attacks on NATO facilities in Turkey

The press-secretary of the Iranian Foreign Ministry, Ramin
Mehmanparast, has denied information about possible Iranian attacks
against NATO facilities in Turkey if that country permits the alliance
to use air bases to attack Syria.

Mehmanparast said that Turkey and Iran are key states in the region
and have good ties.

Libyan media sources said that Syrian President Bashar Assad had
complained about the actions of Ankara to Iran's religious leader,
Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. Tehran warned Ankara against permitting NATO
to use Turkish bases to attack Syria. Iran would attack NATO
facilities in Turkey.

Izrus.co.il reported that Turkish Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu
will visit Iran and Syria.
