Membership in the All-Russian People's Front should not have a quota
as this may discredit the idea of the front itself, Russian Prime
Minister Vladimir Putin said, RIA Novosti reports.
The ARPF was initiated by Putin to unite people with common political
attitude. The organization may unite the United Russia Party with
other parties, public organizations and people who want to improve
life in the country. There have been recent rumours that the front
registers groups from enterprises and art unions without asking the
staff's opinion.
Putin said that the front has many people willing to join it. The
organization will improve decision-making on municipal, regional and
federal levels.
The prime minister said that the Russian oil complex will have 8.6
trillion rubles invested by 2020, ITAR-TASS reports.
Putin has discussed socio-economic development of the Ural for 2020.
940 billion rubles will be spent on geological explorations, 5.9
trillion on development of oil fields, 819 billion on transport of
hydro carbons, 780 billion on modernization and construction of oil
refineries.
