A delegation of US congressmen have ended a visit to Georgia from June 27 to June 29, Georgia Online cites a statement of the Georgian Foreign Ministry's press service.
The US delegation was headed by Dan Burton and consisted of 6 congressmen, both Republicans and Democrats.
Members of the delegation met Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, Prime Minister Nakoloz Gilauri and National Defense Council chairman Giorgi Bokeria in order to discuss various political issues.
