The Russian Investigative Committee Directorate in North Ossetia has
initiated a criminal case into the explosion of a gas container at a
wedding in Vladikavkaz, which resulted in three dead and over 50
injured, Interfax reports.
A criminal case was initiated into violation of fire security
measures, Eduard Gusov, assistant of the head of the investigative
directorate of North Ossetia, said.
The investigation believes that the blast was caused by decompression
of the gas container, caused by heat.
The police are questioning witnesses and the injured. They have
started inspecting fire security measures.
