The foreign ministers of Azerbaijan and Russia discussed today issues of bilateral relations. At the initiative of the Russian side the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov and Minister for Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan Elmar Mamedyarovhad had a telephone conversation, the official website of the Russian Foreign Ministry reports.
Sergey Lavrov has invited his counterpart to pay an official visit to Russia.
