The deputies of the Chechen parliament have adopted the amendments to the law "On National Budget for 2011," providing for an increase in its revenues and expenditures, Yuga.ru reports.
Given the changes, the income of the national budget of the Chechen Republic amounted to 70 147 529 100 rubles, expenses - to 72 112 935 600 rubles, the Chechen Minister of Economy Eli Isaev said.
As noted by Isayev, the draft law provides for approval of the program of guarantees of Chechen Republic for 2011 on loans taken by legal entities registered and carrying out businesses in the North Caucasus Federal District, for the implementation of investment projects in the North Caucasus Federal District.
