New deputy head of Chechen presidential administration appointed

Chechen Leader Ramzan Kadyrov has appointed Oleg Petukhov, deputy
director of the Center for Spiritual and Ethical Education and
Development of Chechnya, as the deputy head of the presidential
administration on July 4, Yuga.ru reports.


Oleg Petukhov was born in Krasnodar Territory in 1981. He moved to
Chechnya in 2003 after graduating from the Taganrog State Pedagogue
Institute.
