Last night the police in Dagestan arrested a suspected militant with two bombs, RIA Novosti reports.
At 01:00 on Wednesday police officers of the Karabudakhkent region of the republic arrested a 20-year-old militant from Makhachkala in a forest near the village of Kakashura.
