Medvedev holds video conference with Chechen leader

Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has held a video conference with
Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov and promised him financial support from
the federal center for development of preschool centers, RIA Novosti
reports.


Ramzan Kadyrov contacted Medvedev from a kindergarten in the center of Grozny.


Kadyrov requested 2.2 billion rubles to be provided for preschool
education in 2012-2014. He also requested a consideration of the
development program of the North Caucasian Federal District for 2025.


President Medvedev praised Kadyrov for having the lowest prices for
studies at preschool centers in the country.
