Four militants have been killed in Kabardino-Balkaria within 24 hours, ITAR-TASS reports.
The National Counter-Terrorism Committee held an operation on July 6.
Bogotov, a militant, was killed in Cheghem. A religious extremist was killed in Nalchik after opening fore at the police. He had a pistol with a silencer, grenades and a bomb equivalent to 800 g of TNT.
Zhimukov was killed at Baksan. Zeushev was blocked in his vehicle in Baksan the same day. He was killed after shooting at the police. The police found a revolver, an F-1 grenade, an improvised bomb equivalent to 1 kg of TNT and a shot for under-barrel grenade launcher.
The National Counter-Terrorism Committee says that there have been no casualties among law-enforcers.
